1940 Farmall H

1953 Super C

1948 Farmall C
Welcome to Mike's Old Iron. This website is about my hobby, collecting old iron and restoring it back to working order. As many of you all know this can be a time consuming process. So I will be updating as new projects come about and as time permits.

So let's first start off my saying this hobby started at a very young age for me I got my first tractor when I was 14 years old, a 1940 Farmall H. But to learn more visit my page on the old gal. Since then I have acquired a 1953 Farmall Super C. I have also restored my Uncle's 1955 Case VAC. Just recently I am in the proccess of purchaseing a third tractor My Uncle's 1948 Farmall C. See the pages under tractors for more information.

Also most recently I have started collecting older air cooled engines. I have a Briggs & Stratton in my collection, a Johnson Iron Horse, and a bunch of Wisconsin's. I have fully repainted the Johnson Iron Horse. Also I plan on repainted the Briggs latter this summer. I am also working on a Wisconsin 2 cylinder bailer engine.

Also I have been working on digging up some more information on the Feed Grinder that I am using as my symbol for this website. I know very little about it, it is in working order. I use it at one of our local antique shows to turn Corn Kernels into Grain for feeding animals. I have a page about it with some pictures of it in use and will provide some of the information I know about it.

So remember most of all take a look around and check out everything and check back often. As I will be updating frequently and often.

News by the way I have started a new forum, so stop on in join up lets get a nice place going for Old Iron lovers alike to kick back and hang out. Click on the Banner bellow to enter.
